Quality

Our company have a strict quality control procedures ,we have more than 10 quality inspector , first of all, we will examine the quality the raw material and spare part before start production ,unqualified raw material and defective spare parts will not flow to production line , and all product are check carefully at every process to insure high quality , after the production is finished , the product and all accesorries including package are inspected again to confirm everything is all right , and then the products will be sent to warehouse for storage ,before sending the products to our customers , we will test the products again to make sure the products are leaving our factory without quality problem .

Warranty: we ofer one year warranty for all of our products . Before shipping , all goods will be double checked . Our Quality inspector will check for quality, including the basic function of the hardware and software, the appearance and package, the necessary accessories and power adapter plug and so on. After finish quality check,our QC staff will paste our own QC label in the form of month/date/year on every product.

If there is any quality problem during the warranty period , please contact our salesman for after-sale service .please send us the problem of the products by email , then we will check with our technician or engineer to see if the problem can be solve by yourself under our instruction , if not , then we send you new ones right away or together with your new order free of charge.
